A good sleep means a higher quality life and now I can say I definitely have one! I have been dealing with my insomnia the last few months, but although I have tried everything, nothing seemed to work! Until I found this book Could it be so simple? Is it possible to change your life in just a few days? Well it was possible for me after reading this book! Just the suitable advices I was looking for finally get to sleep.. Richard W. said Nothing good to say. Still not sleeping.. Sad to say there were no insights that helped me. Some of the tips he gives to sleep better are: Soft pillow. Dark room.As a person who suffers from insomnia, this book really let me down.. "Great book" according to JB. I have a hard time sleeping lately and I think I have insomnia.
