Dr. Schwartz's very readable case-based text was an insightful introduction in to basic radiology. The book taught me HOW to read many common studies as well as WHERE to focus. Highly recommended to all who could use a broad introduction to emergency (and general) radiology.. Excellent intro to radiology book I'm a first year radiology resident and I read this back in internship. It's one of the best intro to radiology books I've perused through. Clear, concise, with tons of high quality images. The text it to the point and extremely relevant to day-to-day ER practice. Recommend this book to all - internists, ER physicians, beginner rad trainees, etc.
