I am into Fantastic book Mark Randall I am into 4 weeks now and within the first two I have already noticed big difference in my heath. Inflammation in my shoulders is gone, red spots on my face have faded, I’ve given up coffee with more energy, my hemorrhoid has disappeared, I have much more tolerance now for all the crazy drivers on the road now and I am waiting for my next blood test to see if my cholesterol improved.
