Very good book with minor defects I think overall, this book is very great! It has similair structures in every chapter, which can easily help readers to get the picture of each chapter and the whole book. In each chapter, many methods, techniques, principles, guidelines, components are listed. This is very easy way for readers to get the main ideas of the chapter. I also like the mind map at the end of every chapter, which help me review and remember the structure and organization of the chapter. In conclusion, this book is highly structured, just like a high structured project!As for disadvantages, I think this book does not provide us with real. but the concepts covered are applicable to project managers of all levels - great book!
