Not your normal book of demons David G This is a book not intended to be taken seriously, yet possibly leading to some serious thought. The author weaves a world of make believe and half truth legends into a fantasy that boggles the mind and creates images that haunt the subconscious. As a serious novel this book lacks character development, a serious plot and everything necessary for great literature. As a comic satire it is not quite hilariously funny. It falls somewhere in between, reminiscent of Thomas Pynchon. Tom Robbins or S Morgenstern writings.I . I am glad I read Dog Walker With no expectations, I found this entertaining & imaginative -- though nowhere near believable. I am glad I read this.. Penny S. said Incredibly Entertaining. I loved this book. While reading it, I kept thinking, "I can't wait to see this as a movie." The writing allows your imagination to run wild with Ben, Toby and the gang. I found it hard to put down, and I'm really looking forward to more in the series.
