Excellent Biography and Well Worth Reading Lois Miller As a docent who is training for the exhibition, "Discovering the Impressionists: Paul Durand-Ruel and the New Painting" opening at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, I found this book extremely informative and very well written. It was included on our suggested reading bibliography. It really helped me understand who Durand-Ruel was and I highly recommend it if you are interested in this period in Art history..
