If you follow the rules, the caravan should die almost every time so I implemented a bit of house rules to balance it out. Also there was a lot of misconception about Suishen providing protection from the cold, cold weather does non-lethal damage not cold :). .5/5 I really enjoyed running this book for my friends, and I could see a lot of people giving it far worse because of the way the book handles the caravan combat. Also there was a lot of misconception about Suishen providing protection from the cold, cold weather does non-lethal damage not cold :). "A fun and coherent AP" according to Ryan Good. Of the different Pathfinder AP's I have run Jade Regent is probably the more coherent and the least random feeling that I have seen. Its a fun adventure for both the players and the GM.
