Lumberton Lake will make a great movie. Welda D Kuczynski This is a great screenplay. It is fast paced, with interesting characters and will keep you wanting to read all the way through.. JP said Hollywood, where are you?. I'll start off by saying I'm not really into screen plays. But every so often someone recommends one and I'll give it a read. I have to say, I would love to see this picked up for production. I think it would make a damn good movie! Highly recommended.
Then the deaths begin. His hope is that by getting away from the memories of their past and the bustle of city life he and his daughter Julie can begin to heal and reconnect. After the death of his wife former L.A.P.D. A small town Sheriff deals with his troubled relationship with his teenaged daughter, Government Agents, and something in the woods. Officer Adam Front takes a job as the Sheriff of the small town of Lumberton Lake. Two locals are torn apart inside their home by what appears to be some kind of animal. Adam investigates only to have things spiral out of control as the deaths mount and the clues lead to something more than human.
